Han Digital Solution (P) is looking for React.js Developer/Lead to join our team

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications using React.js.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
Design and implement scalable, efficient, and reliable codebases using React.js.
Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem.
Experience in leading development teams is essential.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Familiarity with other frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
