React.js Developer (with Node.js & MongoDB)

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced React.js Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and MongoDB to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
- Solid hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend integration.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git/GitHub).
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Good to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
