React.js Architect

Architectural Design:Design and develop scalable and maintainable React.js-based front-end architectures that align with business goals and technical requirements.

Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Establish coding standards, best practices, and guidelines to ensure high-quality code and efficient development processes.

Collaborative Development:Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and interactive web applications. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.

Performance Optimization:Implement performance optimization techniques to ensure high performance and responsiveness of web applications. Identify and address potential bottlenecks.

Code Review:Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, maintainability, and performance. Provide constructive feedback to team members.

Innovation:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React.js and front-end technologies. Advocate for and introduce new tools and technologies that can enhance development processes and application quality.

Problem Solving:Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Develop solutions that address both immediate needs and long-term challenges.

Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of [X] years of professional experience with React.js and front-end development. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex React.js applications.

Technical Skills:

• Deep knowledge of React.js, Redux, and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Education:Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript and integrating it with React.js.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) with frameworks like Next.js.
• Familiarity with cloud services and deployment practices (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
