React JS Architect - GIO

We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect (Frontend ReactJS) to join our growing team , a global MNC with a strong presence across the USA, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and India. In this role, you will lead the architectural design and development of scalable and high-performance React-based applications , driving innovation and ensuring best practices in frontend engineering. You will act as a mentor and technical leader, ensuring projects meet high standards of performance, maintainability, and user experience .

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance React applications.
• Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines .
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver seamless and engaging user experiences.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation .

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay up-to-date with latest industry trends and technologies in frontend development.
• Drive adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and best practices.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and security .
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and design patterns .

Required Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master s degree is a plus).
• Experience: 10+ years in software development with strong expertise in frontend technologies .
• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role in complex React-based projects .
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Languages & Frameworks: ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• State Management: Redux, MobX, Context API
• Testing Tools: Jest, Mocha, Cypress
• Build & Package Tools: Webpack, Babel, npm, Yarn
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies .
• Familiarity with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Certifications in frontend technologies or cloud platforms are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in enterprise-scale applications .
• Prior exposure to global client environments and distributed teams.
• Ability to lead and mentor teams of frontend engineers.
