React.js & Next.js Developer

Role: Senior React.js / Next.js Developer / PHP

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using React.js and Next.js.

Build reusable and maintainable UI components using modern React practices.

Develop applications using Next.js App Router, Server Components, Client Components, SSR, SSG, and ISR.

Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.

Manage application state using appropriate solutions such as Context API, Redux, Zustand, etc.

Optimize application performance, page loading speed, and Core Web Vitals.

Implement responsive designs based on UI/UX requirements.

Work with authentication, authorization, routing, middleware, and protected routes.

Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented JavaScript/TypeScript code.

Debug and resolve production and performance issues.

Collaborate with backend developers, designers, QA engineers, and product teams.

Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.

Write unit/integration tests where required.

Deploy and maintain applications in cloud/CI-CD environments.

Required Skills

4+ years of professional experience in frontend development.

Strong knowledge of JavaScript ES6+.

Strong hands-on experience with React.js.

Strong hands-on experience with Next.js.

Good understanding of TypeScript.

Experience with React Hooks such as useState, useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, useRef, and useReducer.

Strong understanding of component lifecycle, rendering, reconciliation, and performance optimization.

Experience with Redux/Redux Toolkit, Context API, or other state-management libraries.

Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, and Grid.

Experience consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations.

Understanding of authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.

Knowledge of Git and Git-based workflows.

Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress/Playwright.

Good to Have

Experience with Next.js App Router and Server Actions.

Experience with Next.js middleware.

Experience with SSR, SSG, ISR, caching, and revalidation.

Experience with Docker and CI/CD.

Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

Experience with GraphQL.

Knowledge of web security concepts such as XSS, CSRF, CORS, and CSP.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
