Job Title: React Full Stack Developer
Location: Bangalore | Experience: 8 to 12 Years | Type: Full-time
Budget: 35 to 38 LPA
About the Role
True Blue HR Consultants is looking for a talented and highly experienced React Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing both front-end and back-end features for our web applications, owning solutions end-to-end. You will work closely with designers, product managers and other engineers to bring our vision to life, while also mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and maintain reusable React components and scalable back-end services/APIs
- Architect full-stack solutions, from database design to front-end implementation
- Write clean, maintainable and efficient code across the stack
- Lead and participate in code reviews, providing feedback and technical guidance to other engineers
- Stay up-to-date on the latest React, Node.js and full-stack trends and technologies
- Debug and troubleshoot issues across the front-end and back-end
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to ensure a seamless user experience
- Design and integrate RESTful/ GraphQL APIs and third-party services
- Own database design, optimization and data modelling.
- Write unit, integration and end-to-end tests
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and help shape engineering best practices
Qualifications:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in software development, with strong hands-on experience as a React developer and full stack engineer
- Strong understanding of React concepts, including JSX, virtual DOM, hooks and state management
- Experience with Redux or other state management libraries
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong back-end experience with Node.js (Express/NestJS or similar frameworks)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
- Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with build tools like Webpack or Parcel
- Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha or Cypress
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker)
- Solid understanding of system design and software architecture principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work independently, lead initiatives and mentor a team
- Experience implementing both front-end and back-end API integrations across various data sources
Bonus Points:
- Experience with TypeScript across the full stack
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with server-side rendering (Next.js or similar)
- Experience with mobile development (React Native)
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Prior experience working in healthcare, AI/ML or data analytics domains
