Role Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail oriented React Developer with hands-on expertise in building dynamic, high-performance web applications to join our engineering team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess strong frontend architecture skills, experience writing clean, maintainable code, and a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks. You will leverage modern AI-enabled productivity tools and collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and global cross-functional teams to build scalable user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable React.js front-end components for enterprise web applications.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and user stories into high-quality visual interfaces.
Optimize frontend applications for maximum speed, performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate frontend interfaces with RESTful APIs, GraphQL endpoints, and backend services.
Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups following Agile methodologies.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend defects, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks across modern browsers.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, component libraries, and frontend coding standards.
Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies, web standards, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate feature development, code refactoring, unit testing, and technical documentation.

Technical & Mandatory Skills

React & Frontend Core Stack

2–3 years of professional experience in frontend development building modern web apps with React.js.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 / SCSS.
Solid understanding of state management tools and patterns (e.g., Redux Toolkit, Context API, Zustand, or Recoil).
Hands-on experience with asynchronous request handling, API integration, and handling JSON data using Axios or Fetch API.
Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and development tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm/pnpm/yarn).
Good grasp of responsive design frameworks and styling libraries (Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Styled Components, or Bootstrap).
Experience with version control tools, primarily Git and platform workflows (GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab).

Quality & Engineering Standards

Basic understanding of unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress).
Understanding of browser rendering behaviour, DOM manipulation, and performance optimization techniques.

AI Tools Exposure: Practical experience using modern AI tools to boost developer productivity:

GitHub Copilot or Cursor for AI-assisted code generation and refactoring.
ChatGPT / Claude or enterprise Generative AI assistants for rapid code debugging, algorithm design, and documentation.
AI-enabled code analysis, testing, or code completion tools.

Preferred Skills

Exposure to modern React frameworks like Next.js or server-side rendering (SSR) / static site generation (SSG) concepts.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments (Vercel, Netlify, or Azure Static Web Apps).
Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
Knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
