Job Title: React Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated React Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development and a deep understanding of React.js and its core principles. You will be responsible for building and maintaining user-friendly web applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and related technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in React and front-end development.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, Context API, Hooks, and component lifecycle methods.
• Experience with front-end development tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Familiarity with modern UI frameworks and libraries (e.g., Material-UI, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Next.js or other React frameworks.
• Familiarity with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
