Role Overview
As a React Developer at Project Tree, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality front-end components. You will work within an Agile team to transform UI/UX designs into functional, high-performance code, ensuring a seamless experience for end-users.
Key Responsibilities
- Feature Development: Develop modular, responsive, and reusable components using React 18 and Hooks.
- State Management: Utilize Redux Toolkit or Context API to manage complex application states.
- Modern Tooling: Build and optimize front-end assets using Vite, Webpack, and NPM.
- Quality Code: Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code following established style guides.
- Refactoring: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in the Virtual DOM to ensure 60fps interactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of designs.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- Core Tech: 4+ years of professional experience with React.js and TypeScript.
- Styling: Strong command of Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Material UI.
- Data Handling: Experience with React Query or Axios for efficient server-state management.
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git and Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Soft Skills: Proactive communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
