- Front-End Experience Layer
- AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Primary CMS for product and content management; supports online order capture and B2B/B2C storefronts.
- React / Next.js Modern front-end framework powering the interactive UI and headless components integrated with AEM.
- Coveo Provides intelligent search and recommendations integrated with AEM storefronts.
- Digital Commerce Layer
- Digital Checkout & OPRO/Commerce Core order capture and processing services; handle online orders, draft order workflows, and offline processing.
- Store-Front Support Services Custom microservices supporting checkout, shipping warehouse lookups, courier selection, and business unit identification per basket line.
- Payment & Transaction Integration
- CyberSource Credit card authorization, payment capture, and token management for digital transactions.
- Channel Partners / EDI Supports external partner orders and outgoing invoice transactions.
- Enterprise & Middleware Layer
- MuleSoft Integration Platform Orchestrates data and process flows between digital systems (AEM, Checkout, Fusion) and backend Oracle services.
- .NET Cloud Services API endpoints and business logic hosted in the cloud (Azure) for managing order, inventory, and customer data.
- Backend Enterprise Systems
- Oracle Fusion Order Management, Customer Data Hub, and Product Hub Master data systems managing orders, customers, and product lifecycle information.
- Oracle GTM, Global Order Promising, and Avalara Tax Manage trade compliance, inventory availability, and tax calculations for order processing.
- Fusion Accounts Receivable & Fusion Tax Handle financial postings, invoices, and credit memos from digital orders.
- Data & Caching
- Digital Product Cache / Customer Cache Improve performance by locally caching product, customer, and organization data used by front-end and order services.
