Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced React / Full Stack Developer with a strong product development background. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React (preferably Next.js), solid engineering fundamentals, and experience working on scalable product-based applications.
This role requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving capability, and clear communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React (Next.js mandatory)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UI/UX, and Backend teams
- Build high-performance, reusable components and optimize application performance
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews
- Participate in requirement analysis and technical estimations.
Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js (Next.js is mandatory)
- Solid understanding of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript preferred
- Experience working on product-based applications (not purely service/support projects)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Excellent communication and articulation skills.
Good To Have
- Backend development experience in Python or Java
- Experience with microservices architecture
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Understanding of performance optimization and scalability.

- Engineering graduate (CS / CE / IT / AI)
- Experience working in fast-paced product environments
