We are seeking a skilled
ReactJS Developer to join our frontend engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, and Web Accessibility standards. You will be responsible for building responsive, scalable, and userfriendly web interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive, highquality web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Build reusable components and frontend libraries.
- Ensure web accessibility (A11y) compliance, including WCAG guidelines, ARIA best practices, and inclusive UI design.
- Optimize UI performance for speed, scalability, and crossbrowser compatibility.
- Collaborate with designers, backend developers, product managers, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, contribute to UI architecture, and maintain code quality.
- Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams to ensure smooth data flow.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve UI issues across environments.
- Stay updated on UI trends, accessibility standards, and emerging technologies relevant to frontend engineering.
Requirements
- Handson experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, SASS/LESS.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, or Recoil).
- Strong knowledge of Accessibility principles, WCAG compliance, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML.
- Experience with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel, npm, Yarn).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
- Strong debugging skills and experience using browser developer tools.
- Understanding of version control systems like Git.
- Experience writing unit tests
