Primary Job Title: React.js Developer

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain high-quality, responsive React applications using modern patterns (Functional Components, Hooks) for production release.
- Convert UX/UI designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JQuesy (SASS or styled-components) and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Implement robust client-side state management (Redux / Redux Toolkit or Context API) and integrate with RESTful or GraphQL back-end services.
- Improve application performance and load times through code-splitting, lazy loading, bundle optimisation and browser-level tuning.
- Author and maintain unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library), enforce linting and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
- Collaborate daily with product, backend engineers and QA in Agile ceremonies; perform code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3+ years hands-on experience building production React applications.
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript skills with a clear understanding of async programming and browser APIs.
- Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, responsive design and accessibility best practices.
- Experience writing tests using Jest and React Testing Library, and working with Git-based workflows.
- Available to work on-site in India and collaborate in an on-premise team environment.
