RE :Senior Salesforce Data 360 Developer : Contract Position - Bangalore

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Data 360 Developer with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Salesforce Data Cloud). The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data ingestion pipelines, data models, identity resolution, calculated insights, segmentation, and activation solutions to support enterprise customer data requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Salesforce Data 360 solutions based on business and technical requirements.
• Build and maintain data streams, data ingestion processes, data mapping, and transformations.
• Configure and work with Data Lake Objects (DLOs) and Data Model Objects (DMOs).
• Implement identity resolution rules, matching rules, reconciliation rules, and unified customer profiles.
• Develop calculated insights using SQL and other supported Data 360 capabilities.
• Create audience segments and configure activation workflows.
• Integrate Salesforce Data 360 with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external applications.
• Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and other relevant integration technologies.
• Troubleshoot data ingestion, transformation, mapping, and activation issues.
• Perform data validation, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to deliver scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, deployment, and production support.
• Guide junior developers and contribute to technical best practices.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development or related enterprise data technologies, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud.
• Practical experience developing and configuring Data 360 solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data streams, data ingestion, data mapping, and transformations.
• Experience with DLOs, DMOs, and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with identity resolution and unified customer profiles.
• Experience developing calculated insights, segments, and activations.
• Proficiency in SQL, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience integrating Salesforce CRM and external data sources.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on complex development tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flow.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration.
• MuleSoft or other integration platforms.
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, and Salesforce deployment tools.
• Salesforce Data 360 / Data Cloud certifications.
