Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM SaaS Lead to design, develop, and deliver enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC MDM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MDM solution design, data modeling, match & merge, survivorship, hierarchy management, and end-to-end MDM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end Informatica MDM SaaS implementations and enhancements.

· Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.

· Configure Business Entities, Relationships, Match & Merge, Survivorship Rules, and Hierarchies.

· Design and support data onboarding, integration, data quality, and governance processes.

· Collaborate with business users, data stewards, architects, and project teams.

· Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and data-related issues.

· Provide technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and best practices.

· Participate in solution design, effort estimation, and client discussions.

Required Skills

· 7+ years of Informatica MDM experience.

· Strong hands-on experience with Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC MDM / Customer 360 SaaS).

· Expertise in:

o Data Modeling

o Business Entity Configuration

o Match & Merge

o Survivorship Rules

o Hierarchy Management

o Data Governance & Data Quality Concepts

o SQL and Relational Databases

· Experience delivering end-to-end MDM implementations.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
