Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 7+ years of quality assurance experience in Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in functional testing, regression testing, test design, defect management, and test automation using tools such as Leapwork and Playwright. The candidate will collaborate with developers, business analysts, and third-party partners to ensure high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end QA testing for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Analyze Salesforce solution designs, business requirements, and user stories to develop effective test scenarios and test cases.
Independently manage test planning, test design, test execution, defect identification, tracking, and resolution.
Develop, maintain, and enhance regression test suites to ensure existing Salesforce functionality remains stable across releases.
Implement and maintain QA automation scripts using Leapwork and Playwright.
Execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing as required.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Manage testing deliverables, timelines, and dependencies within internal teams and third-party partner teams.
Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies and use Jira for test tracking, defect management, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall QA processes.
Communicate test progress, defect status, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software QA, with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce testing.
Experience testing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Strong knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and test case design.
Hands-on experience with QA automation tools such as Leapwork and Playwright.
Experience maintaining, enhancing, and executing automated regression test suites.
Ability to understand Salesforce solution design, business requirements, and user stories.
Experience working in Agile environments and using Jira for defect tracking and test management.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to independently manage testing activities and coordinate with multiple teams and external partners.
