Job Title: Reinsurance Accounting & Finance Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for handling reinsurance accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and compliance. The role involves managing premiums, reconciliations, financial closings, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Track and reconcile reinsurance premiums (domestic & international).

2.Maintain books of accounts and handle monthly/quarterly/yearly closings.

3.Manage cash flow, bank transactions, and fund transfers.

4.Monitor foreign exchange transactions.

5.Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain documentation.

6.Ensure regulatory compliance and support audits.

7.Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and reinsurers

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and maintaining accurate Financial Reporting
• BCom-Mcom- MBA finance/CA -INTERN /CA-ICWA
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making processes
• Solid knowledge of Finance and Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior experience in reinsurance or insurance brokerage is an added advantage
