RCS Network Engineer

We are looking for an experienced RCS Network Engineer with strong expertise in Rich Communication Services (RCS), messaging platforms, and telecom network integration. The candidate will be responsible for deployment, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and operational support of RCS and messaging services in telecom operator environments.

Candidates with experience working on RCS/ORAN lab environments and telecom messaging platforms will be preferred.

Key Skills & Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in RCS (Rich Communication Services) network architecture and deployment
• Hands-on experience with RCS/Messaging platforms
• Good knowledge of IMS, VoLTE, SIP, Diameter, LTE, and 5G Core networks
• Experience with SMSC, MMSC, MaaP (Messaging as a Platform), and Business Messaging
• Experience in RCS interworking, provisioning, onboarding, and troubleshooting
• Experience working with Linux-based telecom platforms
• Knowledge of cloud-based telecom platforms and deployments
• Strong skills in log analysis, fault management, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
• Experience working in telecom operator/network environments
• Understanding of messaging service integration with IMS and core network components
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and provide operational support for RCS and messaging platforms
• Integrate RCS services with IMS and messaging networks
• Troubleshoot RCS, SMS, and messaging service issues
• Perform platform upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and health checks
• Analyze system/network logs and identify the root cause of service issues
• Monitor platform performance and support performance optimization
• Support RCS interworking, provisioning, onboarding, and service integration
• Coordinate with telecom operators, vendors, and internal/business teams for service delivery
• Support Business Messaging, chatbot, and MaaP integrations
• Participate in testing, validation, deployment, and production support activities
• Prepare technical documentation and support issue resolution within defined timelines

• Experience with RCS deployment and production support
• Experience in telecom operator environments
• Experience with messaging/communication platforms
• Experience in RCS/ORAN lab environments
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills
