Job Description

We are looking for an experiencedRCM Trainerto join our dynamic team at Prochant. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes and a passion for training and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on RCM processes, tools, and best practices.

Design and update training materials, process documents, and assessments.

Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback.

Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.

Support floor teams with process clarifications and knowledge refreshers.

Maintain training records and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 4+ years of experience inend-to-end RCM(US Healthcare).

Strong knowledge in billing, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple batches and deliver effective training.

Prior experience as anRCM Traineris anadded advantage
