Position: RCM Trainer – Medical & Dental Billing
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced RCM Trainer with expertise in US Medical and Dental Billing to train, mentor, and develop operational teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management processes and experience delivering new hire, refresher, and process training programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training for Medical Billing, Dental Billing, AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, and Claims Processing.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, assessments, and process documentation.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and conduct refresher and compliance training.
- Collaborate with Operations and QA teams to improve quality and productivity.
- Support process transitions and new client implementations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of US Healthcare RCM experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RCM/Process Trainer.
- Strong knowledge of Medical & Dental Billing workflows.
- Hands-on experience in AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, Claims Processing, and Provider Credentialing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and LMS platforms.
Preferred
- Experience in both Medical and Dental Billing training.
- Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding concepts.
- Exposure to EMR/EHR and RCM platforms.
