Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for an RCM Trainer. The RCM Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to equip team members with expertise in revenue cycle management processes, including medical coding, billing, collection, and compliance. Additional responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting assessments, and providing continuous coaching to improve team performance and optimize operational efficiency within RCM services.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in revenue cycle management processes, including medical billing, coding, and accounts receivable management
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and delivering effective training sessions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to assess team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and best practices within the RCM domain
- Proficiency in using training tools, learning management systems, and digital platforms
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field; certifications in medical coding or billing are advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple training programs simultaneously
