RCM - Team-Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role for a RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) - Team Lead, located in Pune. The RCM - Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of the RCM team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in billing, coding, and collections processes. Responsibilities include managing team performance, conducting audits, providing training, and developing strategies to enhance revenue cycle processes. Collaboration with other departments to address and resolve any issues related to revenue cycle management is also an essential part of this role.

• Proven experience in Revenue Cycle Management, including billing, coding, and collections
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Proficiency in auditing and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with healthcare management software and tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
