Role Overview
- The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and developing relationships with potential clients, with a focus on medical practices, clinics, healthcare groups, and other provider organizations. The ideal candidate should understand medical billing services, RCM workflows, and the pain points faced by healthcare practices. Experience selling medical billing services or platforms to U.S.-based medical practices is strongly preferred, but not strictly required for the right candidate with strong healthcare sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients, especially U.S.-based medical practices, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct outbound sales outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Present Gemcaps RCM's medical billing and revenue cycle management services to prospective clients.
- Understand client pain points related to billing, claims, denials, collections, staffing, and administrative workload.
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos with decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, and sales activity in a CRM or
tracking system.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads consistently and professionally.
- Work with leadership to refine messaging, sales strategy, and target markets.
- Stay informed on medical billing, RCM, healthcare operations, and U.S. healthcare
practice needs.
Required Qualifications
- Based in India.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Prior sales experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management, healthcare BPO, healthcare services, healthcare software, or related industries.
- Ability to communicate professionally with U.S.-based healthcare providers and practice managers.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
- Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
- Ability to understand and explain service-based solutions clearly.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling medical billing or RCM services to U.S.-based medical practices.
- Existing knowledge of U.S. healthcare billing workflows, insurance claims, denial management, AR follow-up, payment posting, and credentialing.
- Experience using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, or lead generation tools.
- Familiarity with EHR/EMR, practice management systems, clearinghouses, or billing platforms.
- Existing network or prior client relationships in the U.S. healthcare industry is a plus.

They understand how to speak with practice owners, physicians, office managers, and
administrators about revenue cycle challenges. They are persistent without being pushy,
organized with follow-ups, and capable of building trust with prospective clients.
Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and may include a fixed salary, performance
incentives, commission, or a combination structure.
