Job Description

• Recovery Strategy: Develop and implement regional recovery strategies aligned with organizational goals.

• Portfolio Management: Monitor delinquent accounts, prioritize recovery efforts, and ensure timely resolution.

• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate recovery officers, field staff, and collection agencies.

• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, company policies, and ethical recovery practices.

• Agency Coordination: Manage external recovery agencies, monitor performance, and enforce contractual obligations.

• Performance Tracking: Analyze MIS reports, track KPIs, and present recovery performance to senior management.

• Customer Engagement: Handle escalated cases, negotiate settlements, and maintain professional customer interactions.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify high-risk accounts and implement preventive measures to minimize losses.
