Description
We are seeking an experienced RCM Manager to lead our US healthcare billing operations near Egmore, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management. He/she will be responsible for overseeing AR calling team, AR analayst, Payment posting and charge entry, billing process, ensuring compliance, and optimizing revenue collections.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process revenue cycle management (RCM) process for healthcare billing in the US market.
- Ensure timely submission of claims and follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Manage and mentor a team of billing specialists to enhance performance and productivity.
- Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and payers to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Implement best practices in revenue cycle operations to optimize cash flow and minimize denials.
Skills and Qualifications
- 9-15 years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing in the US healthcare.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare billing regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in billing software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
Salary: 9-10.5 lacs p.a. Will be matched according to previous salary and experience
Work Location: Egmore, Chennai.
Should be willing to work in 4 pm to 1 am shift timing. Sat and Sun fixed off.
