RCM Lead (End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management Expert)

About the Role
We are expanding our Revenue Cycle Management leadership team! We are looking for a highly experienced RCM Manager who can lead end-to-end RCM operations, drive performance, optimize collections, and build scalable, high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end RCM operations, including Charge Entry, Coding, Billing, AR, Denials, and Collections
- Manage and mentor teams of 1520+ FTEs, ensuring productivity, quality, and compliance
- Monitor and improve RCM KPIs such as Days in AR, First Pass Resolution, Denial Rates, Aging >90/120 Days, and Collections
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational & performance reports using MS Excel and dashboards
- Identify trends, gaps, and root causes; implement corrective action plans
- Drive automation, workflow optimization, and process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma mindset preferred)
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to resolve escalations and complex AR issues
- Support capacity planning, forecasting, and team performance improvement plans
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM
- 3+ years in a leadership / supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of AR, Denials Management, and payer follow-ups
- Hands-on experience with Practice Management / Billing Systems for Medical & Behavioral Health providers
- Advanced MS Excel skills (reports, formulas, dashboards; macros a plus)
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on night shifts / US timings
Education
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, or related field preferred)
