Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Expert, based in Colombo. The RCM Expert will oversee and analyze the entire revenue cycle process, including claims processing, billing, payment posting, and denial management, ensuring efficient workflows and compliance with regulatory standards. The role entails collaborating with various teams to optimize operational performance, automating processes, and identifying areas of improvement. The RCM Expert will also resolve operational challenges, generate financial reports, and liaise between stakeholders to maximize revenue generation.

Qualifications

• 2 year + experience in RCM industry in all the functions.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, medical billing, and coding practices
• Expertise in claims processing, payment posting, collections and denial management
• Proficiency with automation tools, healthcare digitization platforms, and related technologies
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and effective decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate effectively across teams
• Experience in developing and implementing process improvement strategies
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR), are a plus
