Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Associate Director. The RCM Associate Director will oversee and manage end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Responsibilities include developing and implementing RCM strategies, monitoring revenue trends, resolving issues, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to enhance performance and meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Revenue Cycle Management, Claim Management, and Denial Management.
• Experience in Team Leadership, Process Optimization, and Operational Management.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving capabilities, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for effective team and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of healthcare billing, insurance guidelines, and compliance regulations is a plus.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve performance targets.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or Finance is preferred.
