Role Description

This is a remote, contract role for an RCI Licensed Clinical Psychologist Trainer. The RCI Licensed Trainer will be responsible for delivering psychology-based training programs, designing curricula, facilitating workshops, and mentoring trainees in their professional development. Day-to-day tasks may include conducting research to update training materials, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, providing supervision to trainees, and ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines. The Trainer will also provide consultation and support to educational, corporate, or community clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of psychological principles and their practical applications in training and therapy settings
• Strong facilitation, curriculum design, and public speaking skills
• Proficiency in research and evidence-based practices to maintain updated and reliable training content
• Proven ability to supervise trainees and mentor them in their clinical or organizational training journey
• Experience with digital tools for remote learning and content delivery
• Strong ethical awareness and adherence to professional standards in accordance with RCI guidelines
• Flexibility to collaborate with diverse clients across educational, corporate, and community contexts
• RCI licensure as a Clinical Psychologist is mandatory
• MPhil in Clinical Psychology is mandatory.
• Prior experience in training delivery and program development is beneficial
