Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Psychologist to provide therapy sessions to

MantraCare clients. The role involves delivering evidence-based treatment, conducting assessments, and

supporting clients through structured therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions for clients (OCD, anxiety, and related concerns)

• Apply evidence-based approaches such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ERP

(Exposure and Response Prevention)

• Perform psychological assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress and maintain detailed session documentation

• Provide guidance and coping strategies for long-term mental wellness

• Collaborate with internal teams for holistic client care

• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and confidentiality

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in OCD treatment and therapy techniques

• Proficiency in CBT and ERP methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build rapport and handle sensitive cases

• Good documentation and case management skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology in Clinical Psychology

• RCI License

Experience

• 2–3+ years of experience in therapy/counseling

• Experience in CBT & ERP
