- Structural (Structural Steel)Sub Job FamilyStructuralBandTier 1SECTION II: ROLE SUMMARY (Purpose of the Role)Deliver steel design calculations and drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and constructability.SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESPerform steel member and connection design.Develop design reports and review drawings.Coordinate with detailing/fabrication teams.Support design optimization for economy.Assist in technical discussions with clients.SECTION IV: KEY INTERACTIONSInternal StakeholderPurpose of InteractionTo coordinate with design and drafting teams for accurate and timely deliverables.External StakeholderPurpose of InteractionTo interface with consultants and vendors for drawing validation and design support.SECTION V: KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCEKNOWLEDGEMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Master's in Structural Engineering (preferred)Language SkillsFluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of regional/local languages is (preferred)EXPERIENCEYears of Experience6-10 years in structural steel design.Nature ofIndustrialized construction system design, parametric modeling, team leadership.ExperienceSECTION VI: TECHNICAL & LEADERSHIP / BEHAVIORAL SKILLS REQUIRED TO EXECUTE THE ROLESKILLSTechnical SkillsSTAAD.Pro, Tekla, IDEA StatiCa.IS, AISC, Eurocodes.Steel member and connection design.Leadership / Behavioural SkillsDetail orientationCollaborationTime management
