Key Responsibilities:
RCC Detailing & Drafting
- Prepare detailed RCC drawings, reinforcement detailing, and bar bending schedules (BBS) using AutoCAD.
- Develop rebar detailing for foundations, slabs, beams, columns, walls, and other reinforced concrete structures.
- Ensure drawings are prepared in accordance with project specifications, design requirements, and industry standards.
Reinforcement & Structural Detailing
- Create reinforcement layouts and detailing for RCC structures.
- Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for construction execution.
- Coordinate with structural engineers to resolve detailing and design-related issues.
Drawing Review & Documentation
- Review engineering drawings and incorporate revisions as required.
- Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.
- Ensure timely submission of deliverables as per project schedules.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure accuracy of detailing work.
- Support construction and site teams by providing clarification on reinforcement and RCC drawings.
- Participate in design review meetings and implement approved comments.
Quality Compliance
- Ensure all detailing work complies with project quality standards and client requirements.
- Perform self-checks and quality reviews before submission of drawings.
