What will you drive

• Manage RC transfer processes efficiently.
• Conduct RTO visits and provide timely updates to internal teams regarding delayed cases.
• Demonstrate strong skills in system operations to streamline workflows.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Basic Excel and Google Sheets knowledge for data management and reporting.

Who are we looking for

• 1+ years of experience in Customer service/operations preferably from the Automobile Sector
• Basic understanding of RTO procedures.
• Comfortable using systems.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiarity with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Must work from the office.
