Job Description:

RBI Engineer (Pipeline Integrity) 58 Years Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as an RBI engineer in upstream or midstream oil & gas companies such as ONGC, OIL, Cairn, Gail, Essar, or RIL
• Alternatively, a total of 58 years of experience, with at least 3 years in oil production and the remaining years with engineering firms like LTTS, TOYO, EIL, or TECHNIMONT, specifically working as an RBI engineer in EPC settings

Core Competencies

• Proficient in corrosion loop/circuit identification
• Experienced in conducting Damage Mechanism Reviews (DMR), material degradation analysis, and Identifying Integrity Operating Windows (IOW)
• Thorough understanding of API 580 and API 581 standards

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) programs
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to ensure the integrity and reliability of equipment and facilities
• Analyze data to identify potential hazards and failure mechanisms
