About Third Party Products:

The Third Party Product team responsible for managing all the revenue streams from all Non-Core banking products for the Bank

About the Role:

The IPG - General Insurance Product Team member is responsible for managing the Non-Life Revenue line for the Liability sales team. The role will encompass the following. The Product team is also responsible for managing stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for launching new products curated for the channel.
• Responsible for creating new business models like co-origination along with NTB acquisition along with the regular cross-sell
• Conduct strategic planning and monitoring resource level productivity by enhancing sales processes
• Responsible for channel management and insurance partner management.
• Coordinate reporting and MIS responsibilities with the relevant departments to maintain daily rigor

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

• Education (formal degrees, certifications) - MBA
• Experience (No. of years, relevant fields )- 3-5 Years
• Prior experience in the Insurance domain

• Good communication (both verbal and written) and inter-personal skills
• Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills
• Ability to work effectively across functions and Hierarchy.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to conceptualize and implement competent sales strategies
