Job Description - Assistant Vice President (AVP)

Role Purpose
Drive insurance cross-sell (Life & General) across subsidiaries through assisted and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Business Delivery
. Drive LI & GI fee targets across subsidiaries
. Build product-specific sales programs (Term, ULIP, Health, Credit Life, etc.)
Channel Enablement
. Enable subsidiary channels (e.g., Axis Finance, Axis Securities) to cross-sell:
. Insurance for loan customers, investors, salaried segments
. Design training modules and sales playbooks
Campaigns & Targeting
. Execute customer segmentation and targeted campaigns
. Drive insurance penetration in under-covered segments
Digital Integration
. Support embedding insurance journeys in digital platforms
. Drive micro-insurance / bite-sized offerings (e.g., via Freecharge)
Governance
. Track mis-sell, persistency, and FLC metrics
. Ensure compliance with regulatory and partner standards

Key requirements
. Strong execution focus with ownership mindset
. Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and platforms
. High orientation towards data, governance, and compliance
. Experience in TPP / insurance / forex / investments preferred
