Branches play a major role in deposit mobilization from New-To-Bank (NTB) customers, and are also core drivers of the Bank's customer engagement strategy across products and services
About the Role
The Portfolio Management role is responsible for strategizing, planning and executing customer campaigns, customer communication, customer engagement, customer retention which leads to deepening of ETB book, depletion control and cross sell of asset, cards and fee products.
Key Responsibilities:-
.Book management and deepening of ETB SA customers
.Customer campaign Implementation
.Customer communication and engagement
.Identifying base of customers who can be mapped to RMs across physical and virtual channel
.Enablement of resources with Journeys for Servicing of Customers through physical and digital channels. (Internal Journeys Siddhi etc)
.Increasing PPC, Cross Sell of Asset, Cards and Fee
.Driving Balances for Savings and TD (MDAB)
.Increasing profitability at the customer level
.Creating customer level insights for channels which are engaging with the customer (Physical and Virtual)
.Strategies for the unmapped book to increase profitability and balances
.Analysing sales performance and developing plans/strategies to acquire customers
.Working on brand strategies to leverage the Axis Brand & Values for potential & existing customers
.Engaging with various product teams/ business departments for overall business delivery.
.Facilitation with Tools, Training programs, Sales Drives, Rewards Recognition etc. to ensure sales process is easy and team is motivated
.Create & manage Digital enablers for communication to on-ground staff for driving campaigns & to enable last mile communication.
.Leveraging technology to solve sales penetration concern and driving the solutions to completion.
.Process automation to ensure smooth business operation.
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
.Graduation / Post-Graduation (MBA-Marketing preferred) from a recognized institute
.15+ years of experience in the BFSI sector
