About Liability Sales:

Liability Sales Department is integral part of Retail Banking Department which brings primarily the new liability business for the Bank in the form of CA, SA and TD apart from other retail business of Cards, Assets and Third-Party Investment Products. The department is largely responsible for bringing New-to-Bank customers to the vast network of 4100 domestic branches spread across 26 states and 6 union territories.

About the Role:

Corporate Segment Manager - RFR are responsible for driving the Forex business of the bank by exploring business opportunities from corporate customers. They are situated in branch and are responsible for managing the corporate clients

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure achievement of Forex Card Volume Target from Corporate Channel
  • Responsible for New Corporate Onboarding (Achieve Count and Volume target)
  • Responsible for achieving the Profitability targets of the corporate portfolio
  • Responsible for achieving the Cross-Sell Target (NoA / Salary Labels)
  • Ensure timely payments by the Corporates within the sanctioned credit limit
  • Control on the Interest to Volume Ratio

Qualifications:

Optimal qualification for success on the job is:

  • Graduation from a recognized institute
  • Experience in sales, forex and providing solutions to customers.
  • Experience in the BFSI sector

  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to speak with conviction using data and logic
  • Aptitude in building rapport with professionals at various levels of organization and outside environment
