AbouttheRole
The candidate will be inducted as a Solution Manager for TASC Business carrying individual targets and overseeing overall solutioning in TASC business for the assigned Circles. The role is conceived to be reporting into Regional Head TASC
Key Responsibilities
Ensuring solutioning in TASC business for the assigned Circles against set goals through the following: Absolute Number of solutions Solution penetration & PPC for the assigned customer Incremental Balance in ETB through Solutioning Incremental Solutioning in NTB NTB Overall Customer Contractibility Fees through solutioning Carrying individual target in terms of NTB Training to sales teams of the assigned circles Functioning as solutioning champion Cracking high value deals through complex solutioning Coordination with backend teams for smooth delivery of solutioning products
Qualifications
Post Graduate with min 8 years of experience in institutional banking preferably TASC, and having excellent knowledge of payment ecosystem and CMS/ Merchant Acquiring products. The candidate typically should be from the wholesale products background having excellent understanding of payment systems. Understanding of backend operation and reconciliation process would be an added advantage.
