works closely with other critical functions like sales, risk, alliances, operations, marketing & IT to ensure seamless delivery of
services to our customers.
About the Role
Managing end to end Product and Process training initiatives and implementing them for the all the off roll employees in
Credit Cards vertical
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop comprehensive training programs for newly on-boarded off-role sales staff focusing on credit card
products, sales techniques, Cross sell products and compliance regulations.
2. Implement training modules to enhance product knowledge, customer interaction skills, and effective sales
techniques tailored to the credit card industry.
3. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms to ensure staff
competency and performance improvement!
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate updates on credit card offerings, policies, and procedures into training
materials and sessions.
5. Regular update to all the key stake holders on the training programme in terms of performance etc.
6. Provide ongoing support and coaching to sales staff to reinforce learning and optimize their performance in
promoting and selling credit card products.

For successful execution of the job, a candidate should possess the following:
. Knowledge
Knowledge of relevant IT systems including NDS, Finacle etc
Knowledge of pricing financial products)
. Skills (e.g Good communication (both verbal & written) and inter-personal skills Strong Excel and database manipulation skills, financial and statistical analysis skills) . Abilities (e.g Ability to work effectively across functions and demonstrated ability to coach and mentor others Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Ability to work as a part of team and contribute towards team goals Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to conceptualize and implement competent marketing strategies with a view to penetrate new accounts)
