About the Role
The Sales Manager - Digital (NTB) is responsible for driving large scale acquisition of new to bank customers for Credit Cards through digital channels. The role focuses on executing NTB digital sales funnels, improving conversion efficiency, managing sourcing quality, and ensuring strong compliance while delivering sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
.Execute credit card acquisition for new to bank customers through digital channels such as app/web journeys, performance marketing funnels, partner integrations, and assisted digital flows.
.Drive achievement of assigned targets across leads, applications, approvals, bookings, and activations.
.Support both self serve and assisted NTB sourcing journeys.
.Monitor daily NTB funnel metrics including impressions, leads, applications, approvals, and bookings.
.Identify conversion drop offs and work with internal teams to improve funnel efficiency.
.Support monitoring of cost per acquisition (CPA) and NTB funnel efficiency.
.Ensure sourcing quality by adhering to defined NTB eligibility, underwriting, and risk guidelines.
.Minimize rework, declines, and early quality issues.
.Ensure compliant and transparent customer communication and disclosures in NTB digital journeys.
.Address customer queries and escalations related to digital NTB card sourcing.
.Minimize complaints, mis selling indicators, and post issuance drop offs.
.Execute NTB digital campaigns in collaboration with Marketing, Digital, Product, and Analytics teams.
.Provide feedback on lead quality, campaign effectiveness, and customer behavior.
.Support pilots, A/B testing, and new journey rollouts.
.Work closely with Sales Fulfilment, Operations, Credit, and Risk teams to ensure timely processing and issuance.
.Coordinate with Customer Service teams for NTB related issue resolution.
.Track and report daily/weekly MIS on NTB sourcing, conversion, activation, and cost metrics.
.Use data insights to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.
.Ensure adherence to digital sourcing norms, KYC, customer consent, and regulatory requirements specific to NTB journeys.
Qualifications

Role Proficiencies:
.3-8 years of experience in Credit Cards / Digital Sales / NTB Acquisition / Consumer Lending.
.Strong understanding of digital growth funnels, performance marketing, and NTB sourcing models.
.Data driven, execution focused, and comfortable working with scale metrics.
.Strong process and compliance orientation.
