To strengthen the controls in the front line, the bank has established the Branch Control Unit which will drive unified charter of Controls, Risks and Compliance in the branch network. The new structure will strengthen first line accountability for control failures, drive the control agenda across an integrated framework of erstwhile BBOG, SQ & ROM units. The role would drive significant impact in improving in BOHI scores, Branch Audits, Fraud Outcomes and ensure integration of learning across the Bank, with empowerment to ensure proactive steps are taken towards remediation. |

| Resource is responsible for driving a team of individuals to continuously monitor the branch performance on various parameters, identify themes, suggest controls, improvement through process & systemic changes. Also responsible for drive special projects within BCU in collaboration with stake holders. |
| Key Responsibilities |
- Identify themes through Data Analysis: Identify and define the themes based on observations emanating from Internal Audit, BLSC, S&P checks, FCU and NPS Etc. Extract pertinent information, including key findings, methodologies, and conclusions.
- Analyze extracted data to identify common themes, patterns, and variations. Synthesize findings from the thematic analysis to develop a framework that explains the current state of knowledge.
- Critically evaluating the quality, reliability, and relevance to ensure the validity of the review findings. Generate recommendations or implications based on the findings to guide revised operational framework.
- Documenting the review process and findings in a clear, structured manner & effectively communicating the review findings to relevant stakeholders. Drive change in operational matrix through Data Analytics.
- Assessing the severity and impact of incidents to prioritize response efforts effectively. Ensuring incidents are promptly identified, reported, and acknowledged within predetermined timeframes. Minimizing the time taken to resolve incidents and restore normal operations or services.
- Root Cause Analysis & Documentation: Conducting thorough investigations to identify the root causes of incidents and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Accurately documenting all incident details, including timelines, actions taken, and resolutions, to facilitate analysis and reporting.
- Communication & Escalation Management: Providing timely and transparent communication to stakeholders, including affected parties, management, and relevant teams, regarding incident status, progress, and resolution. Escalating incidents to higher levels of management or specialized teams when necessary to ensure appropriate resources and expertise are engaged for resolution.
- Ensure new processes and actions comply with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Training and Awareness: Co-ordinate for training and awareness programs to staff members to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills required to effectively respond to incidents and follow established procedures.

| Qualifications |
- Graduation / Post Graduation from, Reputed Institute.
- Through understanding of Banking or BFSI processes with 15-20 years of Experience.

| Role Proficiencies: |
- PMP, SCM, Prince Certification preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted relationships with internal and external stake holders
