RB - Branch Control Unit: Monitoring & Reporting - Team

To strengthen the controls in the front line, bank has established the Branch Control Unit which will drive unified charter of Controls, Risks and Compliance in the branch network. The new structure will strengthen first line accountability for control failures, drive the control agenda across an integrated framework of erstwhile BBOG, SQ & ROM units.

The role would drive significant impact in improving in BOHI scores, Branch Audits, Fraud Outcomes and ensure integration of learning across the Bank, with empowerment to ensure proactive steps are taken towards remediation.

• Monitor Audit Rating across regions and identify gaps to improve branch level compliance to control framework. and work with Branch Banking Leadership team to ensure improvement in ratings and meeting defined thresholds.
• Monitoring & Review of closure of all LOC reports of cluster heads / Audit reports and BCU observations/ certification by branch.Compliance to RBI Incognito Visits.
• Monitor completion of BLCSCM & representation to Ombudsman. Ensure identification of thematic improvement in customer journeys through periodic reviews.
• Facilitate knowledge and skill building of branch resources by providing refresher the trainings based on regulatory changes. Assess effectiveness of learning interventions by linking it to compliance metrics and no of frauds.
• Encourage superlative performance by driving operational matrix impacting customer experience - including but not limited to reduce STO, NFTR, STP, enhanced digital adoption resulting high NPS Scores.
• Track gaps in productivity (T+7 Call completion), Re-KYC update, Non-activated Insta-kit monitoring, Initial funding Cheque bounce cases, create a framework which allows to correct the gaps and corrective actions in case of repeat failures.
• Track non-compliance/failure points through triggers such as Cosmos, EDD, Profile update, STR cases. Set up a benchmark and track closure & compliance.

• Graduate / Post Graduation from a recognized institute.
• He or She should be a seasoned banker with core banking experience of 5-8 Years.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
