About Name of BU

NPS is National Pension System, a retirement solution to be offered to various sectors (namely - Corporate,

Government, and All citizen model) as defined by the regulator PFRDA.

Axis Bank is present across all these sectors and onboard a team to cater to the requirement for NPS.

About the Role

. Channel Head - Retail NPS business shall be responsible for scaling the Retail NPS business for PAN India through

Axis Bank channels and other POPs. The channel head shall also be responsible for managing the P/L for the

vertical.

Key Responsibilities

. Aling with all the Bank channels and develop strong relationships with them for continuous business

. Review the business periodically and ensure target achievement across the segments.

. Work on streamlining systems and processes for smooth business.

. Work with departments like marketing, IT, compliance etc to ensure processes are aligned as per regulatory

requirement.

. Train, mentor and motivate team for a long-term career growth in the system.

Qualifications

. Postgraduate with 15 years plus experience in sales and marketing function

Role Proficiencies:

. Good communication skills and able to conduct presentations.

. Basic understanding of financial products

. Confident and quick learner
