RB - BB, RL & Products: Sales Support - NPS

NPS is National Pension System, a retirement solution to be offered to various sectors (namely - Corporate, Government, and All citizen model) as defined by the regulator PFRDA.
Axis Bank is present across all these sectors and onboard a team to cater to the requirement for NPS.
About the Role

Sales support - NPS role is created with the approach to manage end to end back-office sales support activities for NPS channel. This includes MIS support, data analysis, channel engagement support, vendor management, system support, social media analysis etc. The role is the backbone of NPS business.

Key Responsibilities
.Take care of day-to-day MIS requirement and ensure timely delivery of the same
.Manage requirements of EDMs, certificates, trophies etc from the channel and ensure timely execution
.Engage with CRAs to get timely data for analysis
.Engaging with various bank channels and share MIS with them for their review and analysis
.Engage with existing and onboard new vendor for business support
.Conduct NPS product and process training
.Supporting sales with continuous engagement with the team and the.
.Marketing Collaterals for social media - preparation of posts from the vendor and distribution to the team.
.Co-ordinate with all stakeholders, internal team, and departments for providing solutions and quick turnaround for the sales team.
.Coordinate with vendors for distribution of contest achievements.
.AML related data reconciliation.

Qualifications
.Graduate / Post Graduate in Business and Finance

Role Proficiencies:
.Good communication skills and able to engage and build sales rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
.5-7 years of overall experience in product, sales engagement, data analysis with at least 2+ years of experience in BFSI.
.Basic understanding of financial products.
.Confident and quick learner.
.Good knowledge of MS Office - Excel and PPT and LibreOffice - Excel
