Job Description	Candidate's key responsibilities would be managing the overall campaign calendar for NRI Business, execution and delivery of campaigns as per plan. Role includes: - Track & deliver outcomes through NTB activation rates, New to TD penetration, incremental SA / TD balances via Siddhi nudges, triggers, NTB & TD personalisation programs. End to end ownership of design and delivery of NRI campaigns - Prepare monthly calendar plan for NRI segment and measure impact through email open rates, click rates and conversions on various business metrics - SA, TD, Remittance, ReKYC, Passport / Visa updation, UPI etc - Stakeholder management: Liaise with Marketing, BIU, CRM and Campaigns team to deliver campaigns and triggers within planned TAT - Ensure that the organization's brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels. - Tracking and publishing success reports of campaigns delivered and not delivered - NRI Homecoming Campaign: Customised campaigns as per region and footfall during various holiday season / festive occasions during Onam, Durga Pooja, Diwali, New year

Major Competencies Required	Optimal qualification for success on the job is: . Graduate / Post-Graduate with +3 years of experience with good analytical & MIS skills. . Excellent presentation skills (verbal and written). . Operational knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word and PowerPoint. . Ability to problem-solve with strong analytical and decision-making skills. . Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
Academic Qualifications / Nature of Relevant Work Experience Required	For successful execution of the job, the candidate should possess the following: . Excellent communication skills, ability to maintain good rapport with all stakeholders. . Eye for details, meticulous and creative. . Understanding or working knowledge of Marketing Automation Tool - Unica and CRM. . A team player with positive attitude and good project management skills.
