segments. The proposition offers personalized wealth management advisory and solutions research based
investment advisory, estate planning, real estate and tax advisory for HNIs/ ultra HNIs clients.
About the Role
Market Head is the senior most playing captain role who manages large a team of 10-15 + partners and senior partners
including Managing Partners who are being groomed to lead team. The Market Head is seasoned and produces highest level
of revenue consistently by managing larger UHNI clients, larger AUMs by self and as a team put together.
The role of Market Head would manage the UHNI relationships of Bank's customers, their family and business entities. Provide
wealth management advisory and solutions based on clients needs and risk profile. The role would also manage, provide
guidance and leadership to a team of 5-7 Partner & Senior Partner who would individually manage UHNI client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
. Leads a large team of senior partners and Managing Partners.
. Trains and builds the team and other playing captain roles
. Develops and works on business strategy for the market and works with all internal stakeholders to build and grow
business.
. Responsible for training and developing the team , and mentoring, retaining the talent.
. Create and operationalize the plan for acquiring new-to-bank high value customer relationships for self and team
. Leverage networks, partnership and sources of leads and referrals to access prospective clients.
. Interact with internal referral sources to identify prospects and referral opportunities
. Explore, review and fulfil the banking, financial and wealth management needs of the mapped customers and team
. Provide inputs to the product and research team for any new products that the customer requires
. Ensures self and team focuses on all business priorities and delivers the business goals,
Qualifications
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
. CA / CFA / Business Management or other relevant Post Graduate degree
. AMFI & IRDA certification
