Job Description
Education : BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
Institutes : Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3 (Aptitude and demonstrated AI proficiency are prioritized over institute pedigree)
Experience : Fresh graduates are ideal. Candidates from fast-paced startups or those with strong internship experience in modern development environments are preferred. Evidence of active participation in hackathons or a strong GitHub portfolio is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
- Use AI tools like Claude Code and ChatGPT for code generation, debugging, and understanding new codebases.
- Quickly build working software prototypes by effectively prompting and collaborating with AI
assistants.
- Develop across frontend, backend, databases, and APIs using AI to bridge knowledge gaps.
- Validate and refine AI-generated code for logic, security, and performance readiness.
- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting and AI-powered solutions.
- Continuously scout and test new AI tools to enhance developer efficiency and team
productivity.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs for scalable, modular internal and external services.
