The candidate should have an experience in handling Sustainability/ ESG assignments/projects in ratings/strategy/consulting domain
Ability to create detailed reports and benchmarks across multiple sectors on ESG indicators and linking the same to operating and financial metrics
Engage with regulators and partners for creating value and alignment with strategic goals.
Deliver high impact presentations to clients and internal committees
Writing articles to showcase thought leadership

Experience in leading ESG ratings or sustainability assignments with strong analytical acumen
Proven ability to engage and manage senior stakeholders
Experience in managing people/teams. Positive attitude and ability to work well with peers and reportees within tight deadlines

Excellent oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to structure and write high-quality reports
