Perform testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance, functionality, and the quality of applications.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Animal Health Research & Development: Collaborate across the full spectrum of R&D functions (pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, vaccine, device, and genetics R&D) to align technology solutions with diverse scientific disciplines and development pipelines.
Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD): Partner with ZTD teams, particularly with the VMRD-ZTD Engineering group, documentation specialists, and portfolio management groups to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions aligned with organizational goals.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a Computer-related field.
Proven experience as a Rapid Application Developer/Engineer or in a similar role within the Life Sciences industry.
Experience with rapid application development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
Experience developing solutions in areas of CMC, including cell-line development, upstream, and downstream, is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, sometimes requiring frequent project transitions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and resolve conflicts effectively with individuals across the drug research and development function.
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, or within a team, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Programming: Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C#, with experience using code-sharing tools such as Git or GitHub.
Familiarity with front-end languages such as React, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Data Handling: Strong experience with SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and ETL processes.
